Terrible experience. Ordered flowers for a specific date delivery. They just delivered them a day late, no explanation, no apology. When I requested a refund they told me to return the flowers within 24 hrs to get a refund. Seriously this company needs to rethink it's customer service. Plenty of other options around, I wouldn't use them again
Ordered one thing and got completely another. Sent an email asking why and was ignored. I wanted to send the white flowers on the left with a vase to a young girl (totally unromantic). Got the red roses on the right in a cardboard box - no vase, not even close.
